Dr. Rachel Meng, Ph.D.

Rachel Meng is a Research Associate at Kivetz and Associates, with over 14 years of experience in the fields of survey methodology and analysis, consumer psychology and behavior, decision making, behavioral economics, and marketing strategy. Her academic research has examined a variety of topics related to consumer perceptions and behavior, with a focus on the role of incentives and other factors in motivation, information processing, and decision making. Her work has been published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, the Handbook of Self-Control in Health and Wellbeing, and the Harvard Business Review.

She earned a Ph.D. and M.Phil. in Marketing from Columbia University Business School, and a B.A. in Economics (with a minor in Computer Science) from the University of Chicago.
